  • 243-acre site
  • Global tariff benchmarks
Role details
  • Built an investment roadmap and Power BI tracker for India Maritime Week 2025, supporting a national-scale MoU programme.

Selected projects / 2024–26

Six projects across strategy, analytics and product.

Six independent projects across product, commercialisation, energy, public policy, quantitative finance and M&A—kept deliberately separate from professional experience.

02Operating model transformation

Reframing banking around customer goals

Built a customer-goal operating model with cross-functional governance, AI-enabled journeys, implementation waves and value-attribution logic.

  • 54M customers
  • 50 journeys reviewed
  • 36-month rollout
Explore the case notes
Challenge

A product-led structure fragmented ownership across 54M customers, 6.3K branches and 50 priority journeys.

Approach

Used public disclosures and global benchmarks to map decision rights, customer-goal owners, economic accounts and a common risk spine.

Decision

Proposed a two-wave operating model and a 36-month transition, with 2035 scenarios for 15% wallet uplift, a sub-42% cost-income ratio and 100M+ customers.

01Commercialisation · Global Rank 1

Scaling assistance-dog inclusion without mission drift

Designed a staged B2B and B2C growth model spanning certification, education and membership—supported by unit economics, rollout KPIs and governance guardrails.

  • 27+ countries
  • 6-year model
  • €2.5M revenue ambition
Explore the case notes
Challenge

Create repeatable revenue for a mission-led nonprofit without diluting access, trust or service quality.

Approach

Mapped customer and partner segments, designed certification, education and membership offers, then tested the model through unit economics and scenario planning.

Decision

Sequenced a six-year rollout with explicit pricing, partner roles, operating KPIs and mission-protection guardrails.

04Public policy · Zonal Top 10

A five-year roadmap for India’s sporting excellence

Combined international benchmarking and stakeholder interviews into a roadmap spanning talent, infrastructure, competition, governance and technology.

  • 57,200+ participants
  • 5-year roadmap
  • ₹38,750 Cr plan
Explore the case notes
Challenge

Fragmented scouting and uneven utilisation across 150+ Khelo India Centres constrained the pathway to 100 Olympic medals by 2036.

Approach

Benchmarked three countries, interviewed stakeholders and designed an AI-assisted discovery system covering 5,000+ schools.

Decision

Proposed a five-year, ₹38,750 Cr roadmap across talent, infrastructure, competition, governance and private-sector participation.

03Energy strategy · Global Top 20%

A portfolio strategy for European battery storage

Prioritised seven markets and designed a 2028 rollout across market entry, configuration, contracting, capability and capital allocation.

  • 7 priority markets
  • ~390 MW
  • 14.2% levered IRR
Explore the case notes
Challenge

Price volatility, curtailment and uneven market maturity made a single European growth playbook unreliable.

Approach

Screened ten markets, prioritised seven, and built a 5C strategy across country, configuration, contracting, capability and capital.

Decision

Recommended a two-phase 2028 portfolio backed by an approximately €300M equity plan, ~390 MW of capacity and a modelled 14.2% levered IRR.

05Quantitative finance · 1st at Inter IIT

Regime-aware BTC and ETH trading systems

Built two research-led strategies for UnTrade using reinforcement learning, cross-asset signals and explicit risk controls—winning the quantitative finance problem statement among 20+ IITs.

  • 1st among 20+ IITs
  • Q-learning + CUSUM
  • 45% lower drawdown
Explore the case notes
Challenge

Find robust crypto signals that adapt to changing regimes rather than optimise for one historical window.

Approach

Combined model-free Q-learning for BTC with CUSUM regime detection and BTC–ETH trend alignment for ETH; added ATR filters, trailing stops and timed exits.

Outcome

The research delivered the winning Inter IIT submission. Reported return and Sharpe figures are historical back-test results, not live-investment performance.

06M&A strategy · 1st Runner-Up

  • 1,000+ teams
  • $19B deal analysed
  • DCF + sensitivities
Explore the case notes
Challenge

Determine whether Facebook’s 2014 WhatsApp acquisition created enough strategic and economic value to justify its headline price.

Approach

Triangulated industry dynamics, precedent transactions, user economics, DCF scenarios, strategic synergies and integration risks.

Decision

Recommended the horizontal acquisition for mobile reach, international expansion and defensive value, while retaining explicit monetisation and execution guardrails.
